· Points include both discount and origination fees.

· We do not charge any up-front application, lock-in or credit report fees.

· You may apply for a loan and lock your rate by phone.

· “Other Lender Fees” includes all typical charges such as doc prep, underwriting, inspection and funding fees.

 

· Appraisal fee paid directly to appraiser.

· “Other Closing Costs” on a purchase transaction may be higher or lower than on a refinance, depending on the terms of your purchase agreement. Your Realtor or local escrow company is the best source of information about the exact costs of a purchase transaction.
