Because we do not employ commissioned loan agents, and work statewide from a single location, we are able to offer rates consistently among the lowest in the market. The rates shown here are based on a 45 day lock for an owner occupied loan. They are available to borrowers with conservative loan to value ratios, an impound account for taxes and insurance, and excellent credit.
