Our goal is to offer California homeowners the best possible value in residential mortgage loans. We approve most loans in an hour or less, and offer programs that include partial or complete rebates of all non-recurring closing costs. Planners Mortgage does not charge any upfront application fees.

Because we do not employ commissioned loan agents, and work statewide from a single location, we are able to offer rates consistently among the lowest in the market. The example rates on this page are for a purchase transaction, cash out refinance or no cash-out refinance of up to 60% of the property value, and assume owner occupancy, an impound account and FICO scores of 700 or higher. Loans at higher loan to value ratios, no impound account or lower FICO scores are available at slightly higher rates.
